Directions: You Will Need: 1/3 Cup Oil, 1/4 Cup Water, 1 Egg.
Muffins: 1. Heat oven to 400F. Place paper baking cups in muffin cups, or grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) muffin cups. 2. Combine mix, oil, water and egg in a large bowl. Stir until moistened. 3. Divide batter evenly into 8 muffin cups. Bake for 15-19 minutes. Test muffins at the lowest suggested baking time. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. 4. Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from tray before serving.
Bread: 1. Heat oven to 350F. 2. Grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) one 8"x4" loaf pan. 3. Follow directions in main recipe. Pour in prepared pen. 4. Bake for 38-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 5 Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from pan before serving.
About a 1" thick slice equals 6 grams of Net Carbs.
