Directions: You Will Need: 1/2 Cup Oil, 1 Cup Water, 2 Eggs.
Muffins: 1. Heat oven to 400F. Place paper baking cups in muffin cups, or grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) muffin cups. 2. Combine mix, oil, water and eggs in a large bowl. Stir until moistened. 3. Divide batter evenly into 13 muffin cups. Bake for 17-22 minutes. Test muffins at the lowest suggested baking time. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. 4. Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from tray before serving.
To make 6 muffins: Divide mix in half (about 1 cup is half of mix), 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 cup water, 1 egg. Follow directions in main recipe.
Bread: 1. Heat oven to 350F. 2. Grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) one 8"x4" loaf pan. 3. Follow directions in main recipe. 4. Bake for 48-58 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 5. Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from pan before serving.
About a 3/4" thick slive equals 3 grams of Net Carbs.
