Directions: You Will Need: 2/3 Cup Water, 1/3 Cup Oil, 2 Eggs, and 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream (for lighter muffins substitute water for cream).
Muffins: 1. Heat oven to 425F. Place paper baking cups in muffin cups, or grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) muffin cups. 2. Combine mix, eggs, oil, water and heavy cream in a large bowl. Stir until moistened. 3. Divide Batter evenly into 12 muffin cups. Bake 16-21 minutes. Test muffins at the lowest suggested baking time. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from tray before serving.
To make 6 muffins, divide mix in half (about 1 cup is half of mix), 1/4 cup & 1 Tbsp water, 3 Tbsp oil, 3 Tbsp heavy cream, 1 egg. Follow directions in main recipe.
Bread: 1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) one 8x4 inch loaf pan. Follow directions in main recipe. 2. Pour in prepared loaf pan. bake for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 3. Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from pan before serving.
About a 3/4" thick slice equals 8 grams of Net Carbs.
