Directions: You Will Need: 1/2 Cup Mix, 1 Tbsp Oil, 1 Egg, and 1/3 Cup Water & 1 Tbsp Water.
Pancakes: 1. Heat non-stick pan or lightly greased griddle on low heat (electric 350F). 2> Mix ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. For thinner pancakes, add more water. 3. Cook until edges are dry and top is covered with bubbles, 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side or until cooked. Serve with Atkins Pancake Syrup.
Waffles: 1. Heat waffle iron as directed by iron manufacturer. 2. Mix ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. 3. Pour batter into center of a hot, lightly greased waffle iron.
