For those controlling their carbs, count only 8 grams of the 11 grams of the Total Carbs in this product. Subtract dietary fiber (3g) which has a minimal impact on blood sugar. |

Directions: You Will Need: 1/2 Cup Water, 1/3 Cup Oil, 2 Eggs, 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream.
Muffins: 1. Heat oven to 425F. Place paper baking cups in muffin cups, or grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) muffin cups.
2. Combine mix, eggs, oil, water and heavy cream in a large bowl. Stir until moistened.
3. Divide batter evenly into 11 muffin cups. Bake 16-21 minutes. Test muffins at the lowest suggested baking time. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
4. Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from tray before serving.
To make 6 muffins: divide mix in half (about 1 cup is half of mix). 1/4 cup water, 3 Tbsp oil, 3 Tbsp heavy cream, 1 egg. Follow directions in main recipe.
Bread: 1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) one 8x4" loaf pan. Follow directions in main recipe. 2. Pour in prepared loaf pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until golden brown. (Ovens vary so check at lowest time range). 3. Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from pan before serving.
About a 3/4" thick slice equals 8 grams of Net Carbs.
