It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with customs when shipping to Canada and most Western European nations. We have had occasional trouble when shipping to Australia and Thailand, where the order was returned back to us. |
| 3. | If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned back to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned back to us, we can not issue you a refund. Mostly if at all your order is held by customs, it is for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fee which range from 10% to 40%. We have had such troubles in less than 1% of our international shipments, with most of them being in Australia.
