Free of: Yeast, wheat, corn, milk, soy, egg, glutens, added sugar, starch, or preservatives. Directions: Take 2 capsules 1/2 hour before each meal. For optimal benefit, drink eight to ten 8 oz. glasses of water throughout the day and in conjunction with a healthy dietary and lifestyle plan.
