Celery (Apium Graveolens) main use is in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis, indigestion, flatulence, urinary tract inflammation and infection, neurasthenia, sleeplessness, anxiety and nervous breakdown. We extract with the appropriate solvents, high alcohol if necessary; Then concentrate by vacuum distillation.
