Mullein (Verbascum Thapsus) has been suggested for inflammation of respiratory and urinary passages, dry cough, hoarseness, bronchitis, phlegm, whooping cough, cystitis, burning urine, diarrhea, lymphatic irritation, swelling and mumps. We extract with the appropriate solvents, high alcohol if necessary, then concentrate by vacuum distillation.
