Directions: Pre-condition hair and scalp by shampooing with Nature's Gate Biotin Shampoo. Rinse, and apply Biotin Conditioner Gel, massaging thoroughly into the scalp and outward to hair ends. Allow to remain up to three minutes, rinse, and towel dry.
