Natures Way 5-HTP
Nature's Way 5-HTP (l-5-hydroxytryptophan) is a natural extract of Griffonia simplicifolia beans. It has been combined with Vitamin C and Vitamin B-6, an important cofactor in the extract's conversion to seratonin. The tablets are easy to swallow and enteric-coated to minimize any potential gastric discomfort.
5-HTP is a precursor to seratonin, a mood and appetite regulating neurotransmitter produced within the body.
