Directions: Adults and children over 15 years of age: Oral dosage is one capsule daily. Take at bedtime, or when needed, with a full 8-ounce glass of water, juice or other liquid.

Warnings: Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours. Children under 15 years of age: Consult a doctor. Do not use laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or for more than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of two weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxative use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor.
