Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and over. Take 1 or 2 capsules once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Children 2 to under 12 years of age: take 1 capsule once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Children under 2 years of age: consult a doctor. Warnings: If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persist for 2 weeks or longer, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Do not use laxatives for longer than 1 week or when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after laxative use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult your doctor.
