Directions: Take one tablet daily with a meal or water.

Warnings: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant should not exceed recommended dosage. Exceeding the recommended dose will result in ingestion of more the 10,000 iu of vitamin A from retinol, which in high amounts is known to cause birth defects.
