Directions: Adults and children 4 or more years of age: 2 teaspoonfuls daily after a meal.
Post menopausal women: 1 tablespoonful daily, after a meal.
Pregnant or lactating women: 1 tablespoonful daily, after a meal.
Children under 4 years of age: 1 teaspoonful daily, after a meal.
Infants: 1 teaspoonful daily (may be taken undiluted, mixed with infant formula or fruit juice.)
