Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 servings of Gainers Fuel 1000 daily in addition to regular meals. One or two servings per day of Gainers Fuel 1000 combined with resistive exercise or weight training promotes lean anabolic weight gain. Simply add 1 serving (4 scoops) to 16 fluid ounces of whole milk. Stir and serve. If you want to avoid milk, you can add 1 serving (4 scoops) to 12 fluid ounces of water. Stir and serve. Gainers Fuel 1000 added to water is lower in fat and calories. It is well tolerated and approved for lactose intolerant individuals. Gainers Fuel 1000 may also be mixed in a blender with ice for a delicious, thick, frosty milkshake. Scoop is included inside each container.

Warnings: Diabetics may use only under a physician's supervisiion because this product contains chromium picolinate which may enhance insulin sensitivity.
