Directions: As a dietary supplement, 30-60 minutes after high intensity weight-training workouts for maximum growth and recovery, simply add 1 serving (4 heaping scoops) to 3 cups (24 fl oz) of fat-free milk. Mix for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice. Serve immediately. If you want to avoid milk, you can add four (4) heaping scoops to 2 cups (16 fl oz) of water. Mix for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice. Serve immediately. It is well tolerated and approved for lactose intolerant individuals.

Warnings: Diabetics may use only under a physician's supervisiion because this product contains chromium picolinate which may enhance insulin sensitivity. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a physician or Poison Control Center immediately.
