Directions: For maximum anabolic gains, take one serving of Super Gainers Fuel daily, preferably within one hour after high intensity exercise. Simply add four (4) level scoops (scoop included inside each container) to 3 cups (24 fl oz) of non-fat milk. Mix in a blender with crushed ice. Serve immediately. If you want to avoid milk, you can add four (4) level scoops to 3 cups (24 fl oz) of water. Mix in a blender with crushed ice. Serve immediately. It is well tolerated and approved for lactose intolerant individuals.

Warnings: Diabetics may use only under a physician's supervisiion because this product contains chromium picolinate which may enhance insulin sensitivity.
